Hi Everyone,
We had an excellent week here in East Cape Baja that included three amazing days with great conditions and very little wind.
Lucky enough for us, we were able to fish to dorado right off of the beach! It’s very rare for dorado to come this close to shore. The manager of Rancho Leonero got one on a plug and I hooked one on the fly, but unfortunately it came undone.
This weekend, the wind has picked up again, and it’s scheduled to blow for the next few days here in the East Cape.
I will be in Cabo with clients for the rest of this week and we will be fishing for snapper, jacks, roosterfish and sierra. Be sure to check in mid-week as I will post photos and conditions from Cabo. Have a wonderful week.
