We have had great fishing from both the boats as well as the beach. We have good numbers of Roosterfish and Jacks prowling the beaches as well as inshore.

The beaches are busy with a lot of anglers throwing things at them at the moment and anglers need to be on top of their game.

From the boats we have excellent fly fishing for marlin and currently we are experiencing multiple chances per. Recently there has been times that two or three marlin show up in the pattern at the same time. Dorado are scattered and in the mix as well.

We are seeing some excellent fly fishing for nice skip jack as well just to round things out.

On the bait front. The sardines are a long ride away and are located to our North at the tip of Ceralvo Island. It’s an hour and a half ride one way, but its well worth the ride if you don’t mind a little less fishing time.

We fished to the North this week and had some great action and had many large Roosterfish, plus some yellow tail crashing the bait. I saw another fly fishing angler land about a #40 Yellowtail. While on the beach we had some of the biggest Roosterfish I have ever seen chasing our flies!! However, we just couldn’t get one to commit. Overall we had an incredible week last week and we are set to repeat it again this week. If you would like any package information or trip details, please give us a call.

Tight lines,
